Shipping
We offer free shipping when you purchase more than one item . For orders with only one item, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We ship your order as quickly as possible, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns
We hope you love your Lusso Project items, but if you wish to return your order, you have the right to do so under Norwegian consumer law .

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and with all tags still attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at project.lusso@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
